Congratulations to Remi Ball who competed at Ohio History Day’s state competition where over 300 students from all over the state presented their research projects. Remi took home the 2024 Ohio Women in Government Second Place Junior Award for her project on the Underground Railroad! Well done Remi!

Another congratulations to John Mele who placed 2nd overall for his website on the Manhattan Project. His outstanding work and knowledge of the subject has landed him a coveted spot at the National History Day competition which will take place in Maryland this coming summer. Here John will have the opportunity to compete against students from all over the United States! Best of luck John!
