Giving Day exceeds goal by raising $255,995

Thanks to an unprecedented and generous show of support from 465 individual donors, Notre Dame Schools raised $255,995 during Thursday's Second Annual Giving Day, exceeding our $250,000 goal—and topping last year's total by nearly $100,000.

Giving Day is a focused effort to create enthusiasm and momentum among alumni, families, and friends to support our schools and our students by increasing the Annual Fund, which supports all programming and improvements not covered by tuition.

Last year's first-ever Giving Day raised $159,000.

“To the 465 individuals and families who stepped forward on Giving Day, for your generosity and for your leadership to bless our students by your care and support, we thank you. To the generous leaders in our community who made our $100,000 Challenge Grant possible, we thank you," said Notre Dame Schools President Dr. Michael Bates.

"This leadership partnered with the love and enthusiasm of our families, friends, and alumni helped shatter last year’s record. We are so blessed to have generous individuals supporting Catholic education on our campus."
