Three NDES Teams Place 1st at the Destination Imagination Competition
Three NDES Destination Imagination teams took first place at the annual Destination Imagination competition held on March 12th at Hiram College. The three teams will advance to compete at the state level at Mt. Vernon Middle and High School on April 16th. The competition consisted of several different areas of focus: technical, scientific, fine arts, improvisational and structural learning. Over a course of several months, students were given a challenge and had to use their critical thinking, problem solving and team work to create and develop a solution to a problem and present it at the annual competition.
