On Wednesday, December 7th, NDES students in first – fourth grade performed "Touched by an Angel", a musical depicting the ways God used angels to change the lives of ordinary people with extraordinary news, extraordinary missions and extraordinary blessings. All of these people - Zechariah, Elizabeth, Joseph, Mary, the shepherds and the magi - were changed forever by the touch of an angel.
Highlighted during the afternoon, were performances by the Kindergarten and the NDES Choir. Under the direction of Mrs. Mery Tomsick students portrayed Biblical characters to music and shared the magic of Christmas with all of us.
